WHERE CAN I PARK?

WE HAVE FREE PARKING ACROSS THE STREET. THERE IS ALSO STREET PARKING AVAILABLE ON GRUNDY ST.

OUR BOX OFFICE IS OPEN ON SHOW DAYS ONLY. THE BOX OFFICE TYPICALLY OPENS ONE HOUR PRIOR TO DOOR TIME.

CAN I BUY TICKETS TO UPCOMING SHOWS AT THE BOX OFFICE?

YES. YOU CAN PURCHASE TICKETS FOR ANY UPCOMING SHOW THROUGH OUR BOX OFFICE ON SHOW NIGHTS.

TICKETS ARE ALSO AVAILABLE VIA TICKETWEB.COM, BY CALLING 866-777-8932, OR AT TICKETMASTER OR TICKETWEB OUTLETS.

IF I LEAVE DURING A SHOW, CAN I RETURN?

YES. YOU MAY LEAVE AND RETURN AFTER BEING STAMPED OR WRISTBANDED BY THE BOX OFFICE.

YES. ALL PATRONS OF ANY AGE REQUIRE A TICKET FOR ADMISSION.

CELLPHONE CAMERAS ARE PERMITTED. PHOTOGRAPHY EQUIPMENT (WITH DETACHABLE OR ZOOM LENSES) IS NOT PERMITTED WITHOUT AN APPROPRIATE MEDIA OR PHOTO PASS.

PLEASE BRING A VALID PHOTO ID, YOUR CONFIRMATION NUMBER, AND YOUR CARD USED TO PURCHASE TICKETS. THE NAME ON YOUR ID MUST MATCH YOUR TICKET ORDER.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE PROHIBITED FOR ALL SHOWS: WEAPONS, ALCOHOL, DRUGS, LAW CHAIRS, LASER POINTERS, SKATES, WALLET CHAINS, SPIKED JEWELRY/BELTS, BANNERS, BACKPACKS, FLYERS, BEACH BALL, FRISBEES, FIREWORKS, SPARKLERS, OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGE, AND VIDEO EQUIPMENT. CAMERAS AND AUDIO RECORDING EQUIPMENT ARE PROHIBITED AT MOST SHOWS, AT THE PERFORMER’S DISCRETION.
